Check-in Schedule:
8:45 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Assistant Superintendents & FFA Members
9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Mark Twain & Cannon Kids
10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Paris Patriots, Christian Cool & Holliday Horizons
11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Happy-Go-Lucky & Madison

Procedure: Please comply!!
*Assigned times will be strictly enforced.

1. Arrive at your club or groups’ assigned time, not before. No early birds.

2. CHECK-IN AND PICK UP A NUMBER. The Check-In Table will be in the shelter by the single door into the north side of the Exhibit Hall. The shelter is the waiting area for members and families. No parents will be allowed in the Exhibit Hall during judging.

3. Have your exhibits tagged and your Entry Blank completed prior to arrival. At Check-in each member’s Entry Blank, project enrollments and exhibit tags will be reviewed.

4. Members will be admitted to the holding area (inside the exhibit hall) based on the check-in number assigned at the check in table. From there members will be sent to an available judge. Be patient. The goal is for each member to have a private conversation with the judge; therefore, no lines will be allowed to form inside the hall.

5. Upon completion of the judging of all items, each member is to leave their Entry Blank at the check-out table located by the double doors on the east side of the Exhibit Hall.

Exhibits will be released on Wednesday, July 21, 2010, beginning at 4 p.m. and ending at 7:00 p.m. Please make arrangements for exhibits to be collected at that time. The Extension Office will be open until 7:15 p.m. so that exhibitors may deliver State Fair items and alternates to the office.

Tuesday, July 20, 2010 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. Mark Twain
Wednesday, July 21, 2010 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Paris Patriots & Madison

The Exhibit Hall Committee will set up on Thursday, July 15, 2010 at 5:30 p.m. The Exhibit Hall Committee will also clean up Wednesday, July 21,2010. Beginning at 4 p.m.

Farm Bureau, Dean Turner Memorial Safety Award

This award evidently has a form that the exhibitor needs to fill out for their exhibit hall item to be considered for this award. In 2011 fair book, mention of this form, where to get the form, and when it is due needs to be mentioned in the fair book.
